We recently identified an error in the dental rate chart on page 4 of the 2026 Mountaineer Flexible Benefits guidebook that was previously mailed.

The image above is correct and leads to an updated version of the Retiree guide.

There are no premium rate changes for this upcoming plan year. If a Retiree was previously enrolled and makes no changes during open enrollment, their rate will remain the same.
